LOST CARD

If your ATM or SHAZAMChek Debit Card has been lost or stolen contact Iowa
State Bank immediately.  Call us at 515-288-0111 during regular business
hours and we can change the status of the card.

You can be liable for activity on your card if you do not report it lost or
stolen.

To report your card lost or stolen during non business hours, please contact
SHAZAM at 1-800-383-8000.
